GABRIEL BACQUIER, RIP

It was wonderful. Bacquier was a master beloved by everyone.   Totally sad, but also thankful. RIP.

I was an assistant stage director at the NYCO from 1965-1967, working mostly with Frank Corsaro. Butterfly, Traviata, Carmen, Figaro, Hoffman, Love for 3 Oranges, etc.

Please let me know of any upcoming New York City Opera reunions. I live in LA now but would welcome a trip to anywhere for this.
